The only thing we were not aware of it’s the balcony has a very slippery tile. If it’s wet after the rain , please be mindful.
Also there is no aircon in the bedrooms and during summer can be quite hot. However there is one aircon in the living room.
We enjoyed our stay and I think the place is great for the family.
We were 6, (3 couples), and the beds were really comfortable, and the space was do-able. The downstairs (basement/garage level half underground) was a bit damp as there are few windows, but a/c is available which helps. The upstairs bathroom is lovely and a real treat. The downstairs bathroom is tiny, but it's a second bathroom, so do-able.
We had some issues with the alarm, and the managers were very kind & cooperative.
I gave it a 4 rating because it was nice, but not extraordinary as a "5" would indicate, nor an incredible bargain. We all left happy, and we'd use it again though.
