The check-in was not easy, I came to my apRt-hotel address wgich was in the booking. Then I didn't find anybody. So I had to search for the reception on another street.
Then I contacted the reception few times about the constructions in the building. They didn't leave any notice about the plan of the construction. THen I asked to change the room because of noise they said they have no available rooms.
If I wrote to their email address got answer that they only doing bookings and to manege my problems I have to call the owner of the hotel who travels between few hotels in the city. Nobody on reception could help me.
Only thing I got managed was my late delivered luggage that they kept for few days.
In general the hotel is good, good wifi, bathroom, kitchen and the bedroom, it just needs more 24h support online and more professional people on the reception.
