Unfortunately, although the space felt tucked away and private, throughout my stay (two full nights) there was loud music going on in the distance that made it hard to fully relax during the day and made sleeping challenging. This may have been a weekend wedding venue? Not quite sure. Another thing I was not expecting was the sound of the tent at night with the wind. We happened to be staying here when the wind was pretty strong, and the flapping of the tent kept me up throughout the night. If you're used to staying in safari tents, you are likely aware of this and it wouldn't effect your stay at all! Or if you happen to go when the wind isn't strong, you'll also likely have an incredible time. But these two items combined left me with no sleep...even though the bed was luxurious.
The layout was great and the bathrooms were very clean. Lots of towels for the pool and the bathrooms. We also got good. Use out of the fantastic washer dryer. It was nice being visited by deer on the property. We also enjoyed the board games and the availability of TVs, even though we did not choose to have much screen time.
Overall, a great place where we created lovely memories.
