This apartment looks over a picturesque roundabout (place de la contrescarpe). It's right in the heart of the action. And the unit itself has a lovely, old feel to it, with exposed beams. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you'd need. The heat kept us warm in a surprising cold snap. And the WIFI is really fast and reliable. The noise from place de la contrescarpe is significant, but I brought earplugs and slept just fine. It's not necessarily homey, but it's as much space as I've ever seen for a Paris apartment. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Super responsive and very friendly host. Great area, everything in walking distance. Apartment is a little outworn and the street is very noise if you would like to sleep with the window open.

Brilliantly located, warm, spacious and full of character. Access is up 36 fairly steep stair steps. Equipment (eg crockery) was nothing like adequate. We also had to provide basics like washing-up liquid and toiletries. Nevertheless, the apartment’s location more than made up for the shortcomings.

O studio é bem pequeno, com um sofá-cama que, aberto, ocupa quase toda a sala. Cozinha simples, mas com o que é necessário para um café da manhã. Faltaram coisas pequenas como esponja na cozinha, sabonete no banheiro (assunto fácil de resolver no carrefour express que fica a um quarteirão). Não tem nenhum charme, a única janela é devassada, é só mesmo para ter onde dormir. Mas a localização (a poucos metros do Opera, dá para fazer tudo à pé) e o preço compensam muito a estadia. A comunicação com o proprietário foi muito fácil, e as instruções claras, não tive dificuldade em chegar e entrar. Ótimo custo-benefício para poucos dias.
