Amazing location at a reasonable price. Right next to a central metro hub for easy traveling around Paris. The place is easy to find, easy to get keys for, and close to so many great restaurants, bars and sights (directly across from Notre Dame).
Only thing to note as others have said (and as listed): the street you are above is EXTREMELY busy, and has a constant party atmosphere with loud music and people yelling until 2AM (4AM weekends). That being said, I would really only recommend this for people planning to use the one bedroom. While the pullout sofa bed is very comfortable, it is next to the window, and whoever is using it will be hearing everything going on outside.

We had a fabulous time in Jean Francois’ apartment. It is in a great location and it is easy to walk to lots of great locations nearby. The apartment is also close to the metro and many shops and restaurants etc. We did not experience any problems with street noise despite the apartment being in a central location. The apartment is exactly as described with a well supplied kitchen and the washing machine was very useful. We all slept well in the comfortable beds and the heating was excellent. The hosts were easy to contact and very responsive and gave great clear arrival information. We would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again.

El departamento es limpio, pequeño y muy bien ubicado. Está cerca de las estaciones de tren y metro y de varias atracciones que las hicimos a pie. Es cómodo para dos personas, ya que si el tercero tiene que dormir en el sofa cama, no la pasa bien porque el sofá cama no es cómodo y se escuchan absolutamente todos los ruidos de la calle la cual es muy bulliciosa.
De todos modos, alojarnos en este lugar fue una hermosa experiencia. Lo recomiendo!

This place is in a very convenient location and served its purpose for us well.
Mattresses/blankets/pillows should be replaced- they are old and stained beyond their serviceable lifetime.
This is an upstairs apartment above an Irish Pub, so bring your earplugs. During the week it was not a problem, but the noise on Friday-Saturday night made it impossible to sleep. This may have been in the listing description but I must have missed that.
If the bedding was of a higher standard and you are going to be out partying anyway, this would be a great spot.
