Caldria posar una tv a la sala del sofà, fer un manteniment de les escales de fusta (sembla que es vagin a trencar) i fer manteniment del desaigües de les dutxes.

O apartamento é de fácil acesso, com um pequeno lance de escadas a ser vencido. Conta com dois quartos de casal, em extremidades opostas, aquecedor e armário nos quartos. A cozinha é equipada para pequenas refeições. O banheiro tem espaço adequado, com uma boa ducha. A localização é excelente, é possível acessar as atrações de Florença caminhando, sem necessidade de táxi ou uber. Fizemos passeios, fomos a espetáculo musical, fizemos compras em supermercado e fomos a muitos lugares, tudo a pé. Vi algumas avaliações que relataram barulho nos quartos, não tivemos esse problema. Apesar de não haver isolamento acústico, conseguimos dormir bem à noite e descansar para o dia seguinte. É uma hospedagem que recomendo. Ficaria aqui novamente numa nova viagem a Florença.

Appartamento situato in una zona molto bella di Firenze, a 2 passi dal Ponte della Santa Trinità. Perfetto per visitare a piedi tutto il centro di Firenze. Moltissimi ristoranti, davvero di qualità e tipici, vicini e con prezzi buoni. Le camere hanno materassi comodi, la zona cucina è completa, il bagno comodo con lavatrice. E' al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Eravamo in 5 e siamo stati molto bene. Il riscaldamento è autonomo e di facile programmazione. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da una incaricata che ci ha fornito ogni info necessaria e utile per il soggiorno, wifi gratuito, biancheria ed asciugamani adeguati per 5 persone, frigorifero perfettamente funzionante. L' Host davvero gentilissimo nelle comunicazioni già da un paio di giorni prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha fornito ogni indicazione richiesta pure per i garage (davvero a 3 minuti a piedi dalla casa) e ci ha indicato un numero da chiamare per ogni esigenza o emergenza. Esperienza perfetta.
