One thing that could have been a downer was that the smart TVs are older, and we couldn't figure out how to use certain apps, particularly Peacock, to get live sports. We did find an HDMI cable in the console and were able to connect that to a laptop. The TVs in the bedrooms didn't always have working remotes (probably batteries). This was not a big deal for our group.
Bathrooms worked fine, as well as all kitchen appliances. There are 2 extra refrigerators in the enclosed porch, which was super handy for storing drinks. The kitchen sink has a water filter. The location is super convenient to the IGA grocery store.
