This apartment is perfect for a small family or group of four. We had a lovely stay at this apartment, everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is an easy 15 mins walk to the centre/station and is within a quiet neighbourhood but close to restaurants and supermarkets.
The only con is that the bathroom pocket door doesn’t lock and that there were ants in the kitchen.

The location of the apartment was perfect for me, close to the park and between town and beach. The sun terraces and electronics were also tip top. On the negative side some of the furniture were extremely worn and untidy and the dining equipment needs to be updated, there were only 2 wine glasses in the apartment. Communication was not very efficient, I was only told the code to the walking gate on the third day.
