I mean it's essentially a hotel and it met boutique hotel standards. Extremely clean, well appointed, nice linens, bathrobes, and a gorgeous location in Old Montreal. There were lovely little touches like popcorn and good coffee. We couldn't use the roof terrace because it was in the middle of a snow storm but I'm sure in the summer it's fantastic. My only gripe, and I hesitate to mention it, was that we were traveling for my wife's birthday M&Co offered to have a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. I thought that was very thoughtful and told my wife to expect a surprise but it wasn't there. When I checked with the concierge, they said there had been a mix up of dates and since they were a remote service, nothing could be done. Again, I hate to mention it because it wasn't in the listing - just a nice gesture that wasn't followed through on . Other than that slight disappointment the place itself was phenomenal and beautiful and we'd definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The host is extremely friendly and responsive. They have places to store bags before check in/check out which was very convenient. The location is perfect!!! Right in the center of old Montréal and steps away from all stores, restaurants etc. The room is very cozy and clean. Totally recommend this place to anyone wanting to be right in the middle of it all! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!
