Had a lovely time staying in Joaquin Y Natalia's apartment for four nights. The location is especially great - just a stones throw from supermarkets, nice coffee shops, and within a 5 minute walk of the main shopping and historical districts of Seville.
The apartment itself was clean, tidy and homely, and has a well equipped kitchen that we used to prepare lunch on two days of our stay. And a very comfy large bed!
Communication with the host was excellent. We were recommended various sights and attractions in the city, and it's no trouble for Joaquin Y Natalia to book any of these for you.
As previous reviews have mentioned, there is a hotel directly opposite that is under heavy construction, which caused some noise from 8am each morning, but coming from London this was no issue for us at all. The only small thing is that on one of the mornings, there was some loud construction taking place on the roof directly above the apartment.

The apartment is as it us shown on the pictures and the location is perfect for a short stay in Seville to explore the city and have short way to great restaurants in the evening. We would recommend this apartment to other visitors of beautiful Seville.

Asunto on aivan kuvauksen mukainen.
Sijainti on sekä keskeinen et rauhallinen. Varmasti vaikea löytää asuntoa joka olisi yhtä hyvällä paikalla ja silti todella hiljainen ja rauhallinen.
Meidän lomaviikolla satoi joten ilmastointilaitteiden lämmitys tuli testattua, hyvin toimi. Asunto on tilava ja vaalea sisustus on moitteeton. Emme jääneet kaipaamaan erillistä ruokapöytää koska sohvapöytä on todella tukeva.
Asunnolla on upea kattoterassi mutta emme viettäneet siellä aikaa koska sää.
Erityiset kiitokset hyvästä viestinnästä. Kaikki tarpeellinen tulee automaattisesti tiedoksi. Emme siis tarvinneet juuri esittää lisäkysymyksiä koska saimme niin kattavan infon jo ennen saapumista.

Perhaps because they manage a lot of properties in Sevilla, they have an office to take care of guests needs. It's kind of like a concierge at a hotel. They take care of your needs, including reservations, recommendations etc. You can rent a bike or scooter at the office, we borrowed an umbrella when needed. Response is immediate, attention to detail was perfect. The folks at the office are super nice, and know their business. I felt like I was in good hands.
The apartment itself was lovely - fully modern and renovated, yet retains the quaintness of the old building. Lovely terrace opens from the second floor bedroom. A/C on each of the floors.
Kitchen comes with dishwasher, coffee machine etc. There were enough utensils to allow us to cook (we used it for breakfasts). There were also basic supplies waiting for us (coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil , even dishwashing tablets)
All very convenient & much appreciated.
Great place to stay at the heart of old Sevilla!
