Morgens weckt einem die Sonne durch große Fenster. Sehr schönes Apartment mit angenehmen Gastgeber. Voll ausgestattete Küche (kein Backofen aber Microwelle), Heizen mit Klimaanlage, wenn draußen unter 16 Grad. Gute Matrazen. Strom und Kurtaxe wird extra bezahlt. Sehr ruhige Gegend an Weihnachten, da nur wenige Appartements belegt. Breiter Strand - allerdings steinharter Sand. Wenige Restaurants und Shops haben im Winter geöffnet. Dafür hatte Palma eine herrliche Weihnachtsbeleuchtung zu bieten. Hier waren auch die meisten Läden offen und es war viel los. Wir kommen wieder.

Very nice and cozy town house with pool in the heart of Port de Pollença. Close to all restaurants, supermarket literally around the corner and the beach (even if we stayed in winter and we did not swim) is within 3-4min walking distance.
The place was so clean and the amenities plus welcome pack made a very nice touch. Bed sheets and towels for everyone also much appreciated so we did not have to bring our own.
The weather was surprisingly great for the time of the year. Good Internet connection which was important as we needed it because we came for business.
To end up, the whole thing starting with the booking process, prior to arrival and during the stay was perfect in terms of communication with Mallorca Holiday Properties. Their agent was always available and replied promptly to any inquiry.
All in all a wonderful stay and we can only recommend the accomodation and the management. Thank you.

Beautiful spacious villa near can picafort. Fantastic layout with everything you need for a comfortable stay . Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer all utensils and spices you might need. Comfortable sitting room with large tv. Amazing pool fairly large. Beautiful garden with plenty for kids to do with football goals and trampoline. Huge outside space we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Apartment in Bonaire, just next to the marina where you can find 3 very good restaurants within walking distance. Also one of them is a cocktail bar in the evening, right next to the building which makes it very convenient not to drink driving back home.
There are two amazing beaches 3-4min tops by foot. Those two calas are fantastic as apparently only locals and people renting homes nearby go there (there is only one hotel in the whole neighbourhood). Beautiful Alcúdia old town is just 2min away by car.
The apartment was very clean and with a nice welcome pack presented to our arrival, which was a very nice touch.
All in all, a very pleasant stay and the service from Mallorca Holiday Properties was outsdanding the whole time. Thank you so much and see you soon!
