The interior of the apartment looks good and you can tell that the hosts made an effort to make it nice and provide everything needed.
The only point of attention for me would be that the apartment is really small, especially for the advetised capacity of 4 people. It is great for 1-2 people. With more it would take quite a bit of planning to make it work. For example the shower is really small and the boiler for hot water is also really small. However, given the great location I guess one would spend more time at the beach than inside...
The sleeper sofa is very comfortable, wifi works great, plenty of hot water, extra bedding and heat (I was there in November/December—also SUPER quiet!). There’s also a washer and drying rack to take care of your laundry.
Beatrix was quick to answer any questions I had, met me when I first arrived and even brought over cleaning supplies!
One thing to note: If you’re not renting a car, the van/bus only comes every 2 hours in either direction off season and some things in the immediate area are closed. Aldi is 15 minutes walk away and downtown is 35 walk.
