Sehr gut ausgerüstetes, äusserst geräumiges Haus. Ideal gelegen, Bergamo, Brescia, der Lago d'Iseo sind gut erreichbar und die Winzer der Franciatorta sind vor der Türe. Verbesserungsfähig ist die Kommunikation. Man steht im Kontakt mit verschiedenen Personen. Diese sind zwar überwiegend freundlich, doch weiss die eine davon nicht immer, was die andere tut oder sagt. Wenig Flexibilität, wenn unvorhergesehene Situationen auftreten, wie z.B. der Ausfall des Wlans, der ein Zahlen der diversen Zusatzkosten mit Kreditkarte verunmöglicht. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Ausflugs- und Restaurants-Empfehlungen sowie der super Grill. Deshalb insgesamt geeignet für grössere Gruppen, die gerne grillieren und diskutieren und diese tolle Region mit ihren vielen kulturellen und kulinarischen Highlights besuchen möchten.

The house is incredible, at least as beautiful as on the pictures. There is so much space inside and outside. The pool is huge and the garden is beautiful. Definitely best to visit in good weather, but I can imagine it's fun either way. We had a great time here.
Two negatives that I would have wanted to know about:
- Booking and communication are handled by many different people: Homelike, some other intermediaries, plus check-in staff (they specifically are very friendly). I wanted to adjust my booking (remove 1 person) more than a week before check-in and never received a reply on here.
- The extra costs are quite steep. Yes, they are described here, but it did feel like you were being squeezed for your money a bit. For example, we asked for 30-60 minutes late check-out and were told this would cost 200€. The included electricity also did not cover what we used, despite us not using ACs, ovens, lights much.

Super logement, grande maison spacieuse et des hôtes disponibles.
La piscine est au top !
Concernant le logement le seul soucis est la facturation en sus de l’électricité.
200 kWh offert puis 0,80/1kwh.
Lorsque vous êtes un groupe de 12, même avec une faible consommation d’électricité, le quota est vite dépassé.
Il serait préférable de faire régler la consommation exact d’électricité au prix réel du kWh. (Environ 0,25/kwh)
Mise à part cela, je vous conseille vivement ce super logement pour des vacances entre amis.
