The location is really close to the boardwalk and beach and we walked to a few restaurants too. I normally find hotel rooms and rentals to be very dirty, especially the floors, but this one was cleaned really well and I felt comfortable with my baby crawling on the floor. There were way too many decorations all over the condo which made it hard to find places to put our own items. We did have an issue with locking ourselves out but was called back by the host very quickly and got this resolved (don’t lock the doorknob on the inside!)- this was really appreciated. Our only real complaint was that the listed said parking on premise, but we actually had to find street parking (with a free pass), which was nearly impossible at times- this could be a big problem if you’re staying for several days and have a lot of luggage to carry in. We left two voicemails asking about this and no one responded. Otherwise everything else was great with the condo itself.

Strongly recommend this condo. 30 seconds from the boardwalk & the beach. Fully renovated and very clean. Owners are downstairs during the weekend and were very nice. Only 1 parking but many free parkings on the streets are available at a 2 minutes walk
