A few issues - I messaged the host the day before we checked in to ask a question about the fireplace and they never answered. I could see that they read the message but they didn't respond.
This particular AirBnb is an apartment as part of a larger house that has three or four different doors when you approach. There are no clear instructions about what door to approach and we (unfortunately) tried to get into another apartment and disturbed the person living there. Make sure you ask about what door to access when you arrive.
