Firstly, the location was perfect for us. With an almost 3 year old it was about an hour walk into the town centre either along the beach or along the top overlooking the beach (without a small child you’d easily do it in half an hour!). The view from the balcony was stunning and I’m gutted I won’t wake up to that tomorrow morning :(. Our son loved looking out at the surfers and trying to count them all! The apartment was clean and very cosy! We couldn’t work out the heating but luckily it was always nice and warm inside so that didn’t matter. There was plenty to do locally and if you wanted to venture out we didn’t drive more than an hour away to do different things. We would definitely recommend/come back again and our son was gutted to be leaving!

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path.
The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything.

We had a lovely time in the October half term. The flat was clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities. When a piece of trim on the door broke it was fixed the following day.
The washing machine was not working but I believe they were awaiting an engineer so I can’t hold this against them.
Overall we had a very good stay.
I would suggest making the marking on the key safe clearer as it took us a while to figure out which one it was.
