House exactly as in pictures, very beautiful.
Very responsive staff. Lovely pool available 24/7. Working elevator .
Massive house, clean to the T.
Remember to request WiFi password from the house keeper.
A few VERY minor things- One room downstairs with dimmed light in the bathroom, slow drain in the bathroom of a room upstairs, One bathroom had no hot water.
All these things are straightforward, easy to fix and we informed the housekeepers. I don’t expect would still be an issue during your stay.
I’m looking forward to staying here again without a doubt .
P.s : The mattresses are soooo comfy, you’ll be well rested every time .
- Timely check-in: I had to wait for 2 hours past my scheduled check-in time in a unit across the hall when I arrived. I was able to check-out a little later which was helpful to offset the time.
- Cleanliness: there were some stains on the linens
- Lack of towels: there was initially only 1 towel in the entire apartment, even though I booked for several guests. There were more provided a couple of hours later.
- Maintenance issues: there were broken or very loose door handles in multiple rooms
- Security: the building and apartment felt very secure. However, it'd be nice if all codes for the security gates and apartment were provided at one time and accurate
