Great place to stay walkable distance to waikiki Beach. Gives you in room free dvd movie renta. There is a $100 holding rental fee that is refundable when you check out. There is a $35 daily parking fee. Clost to shopping and dining. Although good place it was clean. Will atay again. Budget friendly.

Amazing stay for the 2 weeks my friends and I were there. We always stay around the area. Just a short 3 blocks to center of town filled with restaurants and food trucks. Beach is a 5-10 min walk. Place has everything we needed including AC and fan in both the living and bed room. Host was communicative as well. Guaranteed a great stay. Would recommend.

I stayed with 3 family members and the offering of 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms worked out perfectly as both rooms provided privacy. The kitchen was extremely well appointed (pots, pans , utensils, 2 coffee makers, a toaster, blender … you name it) and perfect because we cooked many of our breakfasts at the condo. We were also able to enjoy a family dinner on New Year’s Eve because of the top notch kitchen appliances.
The property is located across the street from a lovely beach. It was a little disappointing that there weren’t any beach furniture/toys (chairs, an umbrella) provided. In addition, a few more beaches towels in the condo would have been nice.
The location is great since you can walk to many nearby restaurants and small stores.
My only other suggestion would be to update the lighting. I would like to see some type of brighter overhead lighting. (In the evening, the living room and master bedroom seemed dark.)
Overall, though, we had a great time!
