What words does one use to try to describe PERFECT.... Exactly what we wanted and exactly as described with a very great range of off property venues to visit and explore. The home is upscale - and of course if you read this review as well as all the other reviews - what more can be added about the view!!!! - We are very familiar with the Mendocino Coastline and this setting is top tier - every crashing wave was a new experience - Totally a redo type property! thanks for letting us stay and enjoying your property.

Historic (built in 1880s), picturesque house on beautiful property with ocean views. Within walking distance of the town of Mendocino, its interesting shops and restaurants, and short hikes along the town's ocean bluffs. Longer ocean and coastal range hikes are just a short distance by car.
The house was well appointed with plenty of space for 5 adults and one dog. Mendocino Preferred responded quickly to our few questions. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hayloft from start to finish. It was everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable, quiet and peaceful stay. The hot tub under the stars was heavenly and we loved that the Hayloft and hot tub were almost to the treetops. This property had everything we needed for our romantic stay during the Christmas holiday. It's also minutes away by car to beautiful beaches and a short drive to Fort Bragg which has amazing shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The Hayloft is Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! It was a beautiful spot and provided a safe comfortable space for our group to stay in.
The trail for access to the coast is no longer accessible and we did not know this until arriving and seeing the warning letter on the fence. I felt like that should be mentioned in the ad, since they mention it’s accessible in the air bnb advertisement.
We still tried attempting the trail with our dog and unfortunately got covered in ticks, so don’t try doing it!! It is accessible for those willing to bushwhack but beware of the creepy crawlers. And make sure if you do bring your pets to this property they are checked before coming back into the house for ticks, they are out in numbers!
The hot tub was a great touch!
I had to email the company the property management company the morning of our check in to get access codes because they still hadn’t sent any check in info as of 10am the morning we were suppose to check in.
Overall, the place was a great spot to stay!!
