Nous avions besoin d’une machine à laver/ sèche linge / fer à repasser. Ces éléments étaient présents avec une table à repasser, tout à fait fonctionnels.

The flat was very clean and tidy. The heating worked really well, bathroom was clean, kitchen with everything that we needed.
For 3 people was amazing.
The bar downstairs was a little loud specially during the weekend, but nothing major we slept well and from the bedroom we could not hear anything only from the living room.
Overall really recommend staying here. I will definitely book again in a future visit to Paris.
Cleanliness: No bedbugs, towels and linens were clean, unit was clean
Check-in: Seamless check-in however, I suggest changing the door knob because the neighbor had to help us open the door
Bathroom: We had trouble with the water boiler/radiator in the smaller bathroom
Kitchen: The wooden plank on the kitchen floor may be a safety issue, I suggest refurbishing the floor
Value: Cheaper than booking hotels for a family of 6 (we get smaller spaces in hotels)
Overall: Generally had no issues and would definitely be back next time.
