The Pearl is great and the location is fantastic. Easy walk to one of the best beaches with great sand and not so crowded as the resort area. Complex pool is nice, the hot tub is more of a "lukewarm" tub. Grills available. Electric scooters & ebikes are abundant in the area, makes it very easy to get around.
The condo is big, very clean. Very good air conditioning! Each bedroom has an en suite. The condo is upstairs so if going up a flight of stairs is an issue for you take that into consideration.
There is currently a lot of construction happening close by. We couldn't hear it but you do have to be aware of construction vehicles on the road.
We would definitely stay again. The convenience to the beach and the provided beach accessories alone are worth it.

Nice condo unit, clean with spacious bedrooms and large main bathroom. Main living space was a bit tight for the five of us, and the pull-out couch was small for our teenage son (it was more like a pop-up type of bed). Other than that, the unit met our needs for our 5-night stay. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags to last for our entire stay. The water pressure in the showers was great, and there was hot water. We loved the large beach towels, three folding beach chairs, beach floats, and a small cooler provided for our use. The balcony was nice, though note that it is accessed through the main bedroom. Pearl Aruba Condo facilities are well maintained; the pool and pool deck area are clean, and we liked that there were tables to sit at in the evening. The walk to Eagle Beach was about 10 minutes, lots of construction still going on, so that wasn't ideal. Small mini-mart was convenient for a quick snack. Overall a good choice when on a tighter budget.
