I had been given a different apartment than the one in the photos. My apartment didn't have a safe, but it had a sea view and I was accordingly grateful. All apartments in this house are of similar quality. However, this rating only applies to the 142 (floor 12A) unless otherwise stated. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. My grandmother always said that you could eat from the floor at her house. That's how it is here. Equipment, Bathroom, furniture: I slept very well. The bed topper was good. The furniture is of higher quality, but partly with the charm of many years. The kitchen has almost everything to cook for yourself. I only used it for the breakfast eggs. The electrical appliances are all available as described. The internet was running well. I was able to work. Landlord: Extremely professionally handled handovers. Safety: Very safe. Location: You can sleep peacefully. I took bolt taxis to the city center. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. I recommend the apartment.
