This beach-front unit was excellent. It is very comfortable, and has amenities even better than listed. It is bright and clean and is well appointed with 3 AC units, 8 ceiling fans, a 65-inch TV with fast Wi-Fi and many streaming options, a Weber BBQ, safe, towels and linens, and a kitchen with stove, oven and many small appliances. An adjacent room houses a new water boiler, and washer and drier. A disappointment was the dishwasher, shown in the on-line pictures, had been inoperable for some time. The balcony has great views of Santa Cruz beach and restaurants. The area is peaceful as beach activities slow in the evenings and restaurants close before 10 pm. Unlike previous rentals in Mexico, no purified water or maid cleaning services were provided. Clearly, the unit is someone’s home and a notice invited us to use whatever we could find among many kitchen items such as cooking oils and seasonings. The unit also had snorkel equipment, boogie board, beach towels, and a beach umbrella.

We stayed at Villa Bonita for one month, weather in February was amazing 30-32 every day.
The condo has a lot of room for two people like us it would be small for two couples.
The kitchen was pretty well equipped which made our stay more comfortable.
The bedrooms are large and comfortable.
The laundry facility was poor only one washer and dryer for all units and the dryer broke the second week and not repaired.
Miguel was looking after us for Erin and was very helpful.
The condo has a lot of road noise that you get used to .
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
