I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and had a sleek, modern design that made it feel both stylish and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous views from the deck—watching the sunrise was absolutely breathtaking. The breezeway was a unique touch, offering a perfect view of the beach and ocean on the other side. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location was very private, allowing for a peaceful getaway, and the home had everything needed for a perfect vacation. I would definitely stay here again!!

Sea Oats 303 was an amazing property to stay at! The condo was spacious and well equipped but most importantly the setting was all we had hoped for. The patio was large and we enjoyed watching the magical sunsets in the evening. Our mornings started with walks along the beach. At night we kept the patio door cracked open to hear the waves on the beach as we drifted to sleep on the comfortable beds. We highly recommend this property.

The location is excellent, especially during the winter months. Several restaurants and a fantastic french bakery are a very short walk away. The beach is right outside the sliding patio door. This was just what we were looking for - the sunsets are gorgeous. This house is divided into 3 apartments, all facing the beach, and well insulated. We couldn't tell that the other units were occupied. We didn't have any issues that warranted a call to the realty company, but did notice a few small things that you wouldn't expect in a $400/night rental - things like a loose toilet seat and a toilet paper holder that falls off of its mount. We could tell that storms had come through from the upset wooden decking outside, and I'm sure a ton of work was needed to get this place back up and running, but I was still surprised to see loosely mounted fixtures in the bathroom. The TV's have more channels that you could ever watch available for those rainy beach days. We would def. stay again.
