★★★★
A lovely cottage, full of character, in a great location. Pretty walk into the village. Only downside for us was that although the cottage itself is dog friendly, the garden isn’t secure. We have a very well behaved dog, but even she wouldn’t have been able to resist chasing the deer and ducks! Especially as the latter were regular visitors into the garden.
However, this didn’t impact our holiday, we had a great week and would certainly stay again.

Lovely character property, adjoining farm land. Spotlessly clean, with all amenities. Dog friendly with countryside walk directly from the property. Great base from which to visit northern Norfolk. We had a great time and will come back in the near future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week stay over the Easter holidays. Accommodation was big enough to easily house 4 adults and 4 children. Very spacious lounge and dining area in the conservatory. Ample off street parking - 3 cars fit behind the property and the drive could fit plenty more. Spacious garden that the children could enjoy. Fantastic location - walking distance to the town/ amusements and Old Hunstanton dunes. Great view of the sea from the lounge.
Only slight negatives were some dust found, moths in one of the bedrooms, a slightly dirty oven and musty smell especially upstairs.
However, overall experience was fantastic and a thoroughly enjoyable stay - good value for money!

A quiet location at the end of the cul-de-sac, the bungalow is a delight to see when opening the front door for the first time! Modern, bright, very well appointed, surprisingly spacious, and some treats left to enjoy!
The only two points to mention to guests are firstly, that a vehicle larger than an SUV may struggle to park in front of the house, and secondly that the terrace overlooks an in-use cemetery, some guests may not feel comfortable with this, however, these weren't an issue for our visit.
The terrace and outside spaces were lovely, and would be great in warmer weather!

Loved the house. Only four of us stayed as two of the family had Covid. Great walk to the beach and a handy cut through that we discovered on the second day. Also having a back gate to pop to shop meant we could be there and back in 2 mins.
Great enclosed garden and loved the cosy lounge.
