Jonnie went over and above to make us feel welcomed. He sent over a pecan pie for Thanksgiving which was incredibly kind. The property is well located across the street from the beach. The beach house has “cottage” decor. While many other Sandbridge rentals are more luxuriously decorated, this rental allows you to bring a dog and the price is right.

Place was very nice. Parking was very hard to figure out at first, spots are not in any type of order, map confusing, spaces very small. Ac in the unit controlled itself pretty much. would set to 70 and it would take itself back up to 77 or higher. Very friendly people to deal with and really close to the beach. Toilet in the small bathrooms seat needs fixed. wonderful time and a great experience!
