Be conscious that the location is very remote but beautiful among the banana plantations. The drive from the town is very steep and extreme care must be taken. This made me feel a bit shaken to begin with although we quickly got used to it. So I would be careful if you are a new or nervous driver. Once on the main road it’s all fine and a very well connected and maintained island. Apparently a new road will be built one day to avoid the steep route.
Beaches are great and the sea warm in January.
location - beach 2 min walk, large supermarket opposite, lots of places to eat. siam park 10 min walk
apartment - very clean, had everything that we needed great for 2 people. Balcony had the sun all day and the sunset was amazing
pool - great little pool area with its own bar. There is limited seating so get down there early (pool area opens at 10am)
tennis - there is 2 full size tennis court that are in perfect condition, it does get very busy in the mooring and afternoon
overall great apartment and would highly recommend
