Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa.
Die Terrasse mit Grill und der Pool sind fantastisch. Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und Küche top ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass ein Bad kein Fenster hat und dadurch feucht und etwas stinking ist. Außerdem war uns vorher nicht bewusst, dass ein Schlafzimmer (bzw. Zwei Schlafzimmer aber beim zweiten gibt es das Badfenster) kein Fenster nach außen hat; das hat die Schlafqualität beeinträchtigt.

De villa voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Prachtige plek. Mooi en gezellig ingericht. De locatie is perfect. Dicht bij het centrum. Het terras is geweldig. De bedden zijn erg goed.
Je kunt het niet bedenken of het is aanwezig in de villa.
Ik zou dit zeker aanbevelen bij familie en vrienden.
Het is een prachtige villa op een prachtige plek.

Just had a family holiday here in this beautiful villa ! Absolutely stunning and so spacious . Very clean and exactly like the pictures . It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the beach but it’s very enjoyable to walk as the views are beautiful . Would highly recommend this villa the pool was my favourite and all the floaties that came in the cactus shack was perfect my son had great fun with them . Would definitely come back ! There was a few ants sometimes around the house but that’s expected been abroad no issue as there was bug spray left under the sink resolved very quickly. Thanks again for letting us rent this villa we had an amazing family holiday and made so many good memories. Hope to get back very soon

The apartment is in a fantastic location, ideally placed overlooking the sea, right in the middle of the bay, such that you can see from Papagayo in the easy right round to the port … which means sun from sunrise to late afternoon, and lots of marine activity to idle away the time! The apartment is very airy and spacious, with awesome kingsize bed/luxurious linens/fluffy towels. But best of all was our dealings with Optima Villas - always really responsive, both in terms of speed of response but also solving issues and their flexibility in meeting our needs - we gave some feedback on a few things that could add value (extra coat hangers, coat hook etc!) … and within a day the incredible maintenance team appeared with extra fab wooden hangers and a coat rack installed in the hallway! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Optima Villas in general as a service provider, or the Puerto Mar apartment in particular …. in fact we have already booked for next year!
