Nice, spacious house for a family of 4. Everything was in working order, good spot on the lake with a dock. Overall the house was clean and well kept. The main reason we wanted to visit this property was to take the kayaks out on the lake. The kayaks with some life jackets were available and in good shape as shown in the listing (the paddleboat was full of water and not usable), but it was too windy for us to enjoy while we were there. Fortunately there were games, TVs, and a foosball table ready to go. The lake community was quiet during the week when we stayed. There's not much else to do nearby, but Chandler is only about 10 minutes away for anything you could need. If you're looking for a quiet lakeside getaway and to do some fishing and kayaking, I recommend this stay, just check the forecast for wind.
