We love being able to stay closer to downtown Corpus when we’re out and about listening to local live lands and dancing. The Ronjo V is the perfect location, price range, parking, beautiful & functional space - all within walking distance of many great venues and things to see and do in downtown Corpus Christi. *Highly recommend PKK - soul food restaurant in same space as Ronjo V with an amazing brunch on Saturdays. The Annex bar & of course The Executive Surf Club is always a favorite. You can’t go wrong.

Nice central Corpus location with an open and pretty park right behind the backyard. Close to Ocean Drive. Comfortable neighborhood. Nice kitchen appliances. Kitchen has most items that you will need for cooking and eating. Bathroom has built-in and full shower, conditioner, bath wash containers. My two children and I spent a week here over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed it.
