You really couldn't be more central easy walk to the peir, sea front and the Lanes, loads of shops pubs and restaurants, on the downside I wouldn't say it's suitable for young children or the elderly as the stairs are very steep, you'll need to book parking somewhere but that's just Brighton, really bad for parking, we had trouble with one of the bedroom door locks but a really nice chap came out within an hour and a half and fixed it straight away, five stars to him.
If you want to be in the center of Brighton you really couldn't be in a better spot.

We arrived about 2 hours after the check in time to find it hadn’t been cleaned. Katherine was incredibly proactive and apologetic; arranging the clean within 15 minutes, and refunding our cleaning fee. She also fixed the front door within hours of me reporting it as faulty. The dishwasher door broke when I opened it, which I also reported.
The flat is beautifully decorated and furnished, in a fantastically central, convenient location, making it a comfortable place to chill, with great access to a wealth of amenities.
Unfortunately, at the moment, there’s a lot of construction work going on beneath and adjacent, making it pretty noisy 8am-6pm. Aside from waking us up, this didn’t affect our stay.
