We had a great stay. This is a beautiful home: clean, thoughtfully decorated (especially for a short-term rental), well-stocked kitchen. The only disappointment, and it was a somewhat impactful one, was that the hot tub was out of service for about half of our visit. The property manager Chris gets five stars for trying hard to keep it working, calling a serviceperson for repairs twice, but for whatever reason they couldn't get to the bottom of it. We'd been really excited to sit out there during the evenings after long days out--I day-hiked the full Kalalau trail and was so looking forward to resting tired legs--so the loss was keenly felt. Still, it's a great place, and with that wrinkle worked out it'd be even better.

One of the best places I've ever stayed! Right when you step in, the spaciousness welcomes you to heaven! They were also so gracious, letting me checkin much earlier than normal, and also letting me have a late checkout. The house is also listed on the market, and for the inconvenience of a showing during my stay, they gifted me a massage as an apology. They were the best hosts I've experienced, and the house itself is simply breathtaking and so relaxing! The pool is an added bonus. I miss it already and hope to stay there again! Thanks so much again!

We had a party of 13 adults and 2 babies. The house fit everyone comfortably- we made sure to pack beds for the babies since we knew in advance that the house did not have any. The description states 4 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 1 bunk room, however the pictures show what it actually is: 4 kings, 1 room with 2 twins, and 1 bunk room. Some of the doors (most notably the bathroom on the main floor) did not latch and the slider onto the deck did not lock. The plumbing/toilets in a couple of the bathrooms need to be updated. There were no outlets near the bed in the room I stayed in. Just little things that could be updated. It was $1540/night all in all, so we had high expectations. Princeville IS beautiful! But take note that the only gas station closes before 9pm! Had we known we could have avoided a situation that ended up taking two hours on our last night in town. We enjoyed the hot tub and some "cold" plunges in the pool.

The house itself and the pool was absolutely gorgeous… some advice would be pick up groceries before heading out north and if you are there in the winter buy the pool heat…there were some minor hiccups but overall a beautiful home and would have to say not with the owners but the company that ran it were the hiccups.. the pool itself is the most amazing place
