A group of nine of us stayed here and there was plenty of space. We didn't feel on top of each other at any point, there was plenty of room for us to all sit in the lounge together for a games night, and loads of room around the kitchen table. The kitchen was perfect for us to cook a full meal in, the bedrooms were spotless, and it's ideal with having en suites in most rooms. Charlotte Street car park is literally a two minute walk (if that) out the back door, although bear in mind it is quite expensive. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk into the centre, so the location is perfect. I'd definitely revisit for a group booking in Bath again as I have nothing negative to say.

Suited us perfectly for our visit to Nottingham, we had 3 cars so took advantage of a local park in my drive (JustPark Bedale Road).
Property was a commercial let rather than having the personal touches of being someone's home but fully furnished and essentials like tea, coffee etc. provided.
Slight problem with cleaning, one of the toilets had been missed and the flush needed to be sorted but that was already in hand.
Would we stay again? Yes, it was warm with plenty of space although we were only 5 in our group on this occasion.

As a group of 15 we enjoyed our stay in Derby. The house was exactly as described and had almost everything we needed for our weekend! The living room was a good size and the dining table fit the 10 adults comfortably for dinner.
The location was really central, but walkable to big parks and green spaces.
Parking was easy on the nearby Vernon Street.
