Beautiful views and single story so no noise from above. Also, since it’s an end unit it feels private. Kitchen is fully equipped. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the floor-plan, which is a nice plus. Quam properties was super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Our one week stay in Kapalua was wonderful. The unit is walking distance to the beach, tennis courts and golf courses. The check in process was easy and the host provided some nice amenities as well which was very convenient. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We are hoping to be back soon.

Enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful view of the ocean. Comfortable beds. Great views in the living room with a very open feel. Enjoyed the pool at this location and wish we had time to enjoy all of the amenities the condo offered. Very clean space! Thankful for the beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, and kids beach toys. Snorkel equipment there for use as well!

This villa in Kapalua was spacious and clean. Plenty of ceiling fans + a working ac unit kept the place cool and airy, and if you’re like me, that is a MUST.
Quam ensured an easy check-in/check-out process, and was responsive and concise. Comfortable, affordable, and with 3 pools nearby, this villa was a great purchase.
One thing to note, most restaurants in the surrounding area can be a bit pricey, so stop along the coast on your way up for more affordable groceries.

Quam’s place was very special. The location was absolutely stunning (located between 2 amazing bays that are both great to hang out and swim in). Took us less than a minute to walk to each beach. The house was spotless, and we had all the amenities in the kitchen we needed for our 5 year old son. The view is gorgeous, and we watched the sunrise/set each day. You can also hear the conches being blown, so awesome. The restaurant next door has amazing w/fresh fish dishes, and very convenient to pick up from when you don’t want to cook or leave. Overall, we had a great time and Quam was always responsive and proactive. Thank you!
