Rental was across the street from the beach, perfect for a morning stroll along the water. Local beach was clean with a lifeguard on duty. The rental came with 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a heavy duty cooler; a huge bonus! We made use of the beach gear a few times! Also, walking distance to many restaurants. Location felt very safe.
The place was VERY clean and modern with a full supply of dishes, glasses, flatware; everything you'd need to eat or prepare meals. The kitchen was very clean and had a tons of counter space for eating. The Washer/Dryer was a game changer. Wifi was great! The unit came with a covered parking stall 60 steps from the front door. Perfect. They allowed us to check in early. Nice
Just a few nits. Only 4 stools for eating on counter; no dining table. Inside microwave not cleaned. Could use more bath towels. No hand towels. AC unit was a little loud.

Great place to stay. Comes with everything you need like amenities, washer dryer, and additional things like boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc. Really well put together place and well up kept. Would definitely stay again. Very close to some really good shopping centers with super good food (only 10 mins away), and pretty close to the airport.

Functional and clean. The provided beach great was a great addition. We weren't there during the day so it served it's purpose, but it doesn't offer much beyond that. It would be nice to have a dining table inside or outside. One major issue was cooling the master bedroom at night. A new window screen had been installed in a way that made it impossible to open the window and let cool air in, plus a broken lock on the main screen door and very loud ac units didn't give us many options. We were luckily able to open the window in the kids' bedroom so they were very comfortable.

Great location to the beach and good pool. Great açaí bowls and fruit at the farmers market next to ABC store a mile or so away plus a fantastic bakery. We had 4 adults and 3 children in the unit…per our reservation ….but only 6 bath towels. Only other thing it was lacking was a wine bottle opener.
