Quest Cottages were very responsive to my various questions. We had an issue with the heating in the house particularly in the top room but they were quick to sort and offer advice.
The only element of surprise was that the 3rd bedroom is actually at the back of the garage so felt quite separate to the house but it wasn’t a major issue, just something I think should be a bit clearer for others.

It did get a little cold the first night, but the clear instructions inside made using the central heating system simple, plus they left wood for the fireplace which was a huge plus!
Super responsive and provided some local recommendations. A long walk down to Rye, but the taxi services all knew about the house so getting home was easy! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
