If you are a long term/slow traveler like me, this place is great. They have scooters for rent at a reasonable price. Tons of local markets, restaurants, pharmacies, coffee shops within a few blocks. 1 block from the local seafood, meat, fruit/vegetable local market. 15 minutes to Vinmec Intl Hospital. 5 minutes to Dragon Bridge and Son Tra Night Market. 25-30 minutes to Hoi An Night Market. 24-7 staff was very friendly and helpful. As in most SE Asia countries (especially in a fairly busy area) you will get the intermittent loud karaoke, street vendors with speakers noise and other street noise. The place offered a reasonable discount due to ongoing construction next door. But let’s be honest. I’ve been traveling for a while now and they are called developing countries for a reason: there’s a lot of development and construction going on to meet demand for us travelers. :) P.S. This is in the heart of Son Tra Koreatown area so tons of Korean restaurants.

Great stay, unfortunately there's a bunch of construction right now so the sound can be pretty overwhelming at anytime of the day (yes even at 4am) but that's Vietnam in a nutshell. That said, the hosts are nice, very helpful when needed. The units offer great value for price. The location is close to many conveniences and the beach.
Would recommend as long as you get lucky with the construction
