We were out of our home due to work being done for the holidays. We are thankful to have had this beautiful home filled with ample amenities, furnishings and well stocked items for Christmas! It was super stressful to not celebrate Christmas at home but our stay at this Everett home allowed us to still put up a small tree, decorate and enjoy most of our Christmas traditions! Our Host Seema was super flexible as we extended for another month and checked in to see that we had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. The check out process was seamless and easy!

Our home had a leak so we needed a place to stay while the remediation and rebuild process was happening. The property fit our needs for our family of 4 providing a clean, safe and enjoyable stay with almost all the amenities/household items we needed. Our host Seema was super responsive and on top of our needs. If anything needed addressing or was broken, a package showed up within a day with replacements! She was flexible when we needed to extend multiple times and always checked in to see if we needed anything as we managed the stress of being out of our home. The bedrooms were well equipped with furniture, bedding/towels and necessities like lamps, chairs, air/fans and tolietries in all of the bathrooms. The Internet was fast enough for my gaming and work needs. The office area was sufficient for my needs with two desks and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils and a variety of dishes, glasses and cups. We had a comfortable stay and would stay again!!!

This was a very clean and accessible place. I has happy with amenities and location. The ceilings were a little low so maybe not good for a tall person over 6'2", but great otherwise. Off street parking in alley way behind the home was great , just need to drive a half a block south of 50th Ave to enter alley way.
