Kleine Wohnung in einer architektonisch wunderschönen Wohnanlage mit Mietwohnungen in kleinen Andalusischen Häuschen. Direkt am Strand, schöner, grosser Garten, wo die Kinder spielen und Freunde finden können, gut zu Fuss über den tollen Paseo Maritimo in 20 Minuten bis Esteponas Altstadt. Im Winter waren die Heizungen wirklich notwendig, aber es hat gereicht. Pool über Weihnachten leider geschlossen, aber wir sprangen ins Meer. Der Strand direkt vor der Anlage ist nicht so schön, aber es hat fussläufig viele schöne Stellen. An klaren Tagen sieht man bis nach Marokko und Gibraltar. Estepona ist ein unglaublich schönes Dorf. Über Sylvester war die Anlage sehr leer und ruhig, das hat uns gefallen, wahrscheinlich ist im Sommer viel los. Das Haus ist zudem sehr ringhörig, als nebenan mal jemand kurz zu Besuch kam, haben wir jedes Wort gehört, da aber sonst niemand da war haben wir die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die professionelle Vermietung ist sehr zuvorkommen, hilfreich und immer erreichbar.

We have just spent 3 fabulous weeks in the apartment over Christmas and New Year and loved it! There were 3 of us staying and the accommodation had all the important things that you want in a home from home - great showers, loads of storage, well equipped kitchen and heating which we didn't need often as the sun shone every day. But the very best bit of the apartment is the double aspect balcony! Gorgeous views of the sea, mountains, rooftops of Estepona. We started the day with coffee watching the sunrise and then had breakfast out there and then again in the evenings were back out on it with drinks. Apart from sleeping we probably spent most of our time out on the balcony and would definitely stay there again.
