Nous avons eu quelques problèmes à l’arrivée par manque d’informations ( dépôt de garantie, ouverture du garage, emplacement du local a ski, place de garage). Arrivés dans l’appartement, il manquait la télécommande de la télévision. Nous avons donc rappelé l’agence pour nous plaindre de cela. Le lendemain nous avons reçu 1 message nous disant que la télécommande avait disparu et qu’ils avaient contacté le propriétaire pour en obtenir 1 nouvelle. Nous avons expliqué que nous aimerions pouvoir profiter de cette prestation inclue dans la location. 1 semaine après, toujours aucune nouvelle. Nous n’avons pas trouvé cela correct.
Concernant l’appartement, il était conforme à la description. Il était propre mais un tapis de salle de bains trempé était posé sur la vitre de la douche à notre arrivée et le sol des toilettes aurait mérité un nettoyage plus intensif. La literie était super et la cuisine était bien équipée
