Die Einrichtung, die Accessoires, die Beleuchtung – geschmackvoll, durchdacht und schön.Das Gebäude, eines von vielen hier, aber gut in Schuss.Die Umgebung, klassisch, ein Stadtleben typisch und zum Wohlfühlen. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf im Überfluss. Für Einheimische, nicht für Touristen. Die Menschen, nett, immer freundlich, mit Geduld und Freude an Touristen. Also, was sind dann die kleinen Fehler? Was im Sommer angenehmes Raumklima verspricht, entpuppt sich jetzt als kalt. Das Gebäude bekommt wenig Sonne, wir sind in der ersten von vier Etagen. Fenster mit „blinden“ Scheiben, weil die Nachbarn nur eineinhalb Meterentfernt sind. Ein kleiner Balkon, der eigentlich keiner ist. Aber gut zum Rauchen und Wäschetrocknen, zu mehr taugt er wirklich nicht. Das hatten wir aufgrund der Anzeige und Fotos, die wir erhalten hatten, nicht bewerkt.
