The hotel is in a good location. Within walking distance, restaurants, beach, shops and many other entertainments. The room is clean, check-in is fast and clear. The only thing I missed was more sunlight from the windows, but that's just for me.

Honestly was a great place to be. Great location on Ocean Drive and the whole check-in and check out process was super easy. It was basically a hotel, and we were even given new towels upon request. Of course there is a little noise being on Ocean Drive, but it really wasn’t that bad. Definitely a great place if you want to enjoy the beach and the nearby attractions. I definitely recommend staying at this location if you are looking to stay in south beach. It is also a solid bang for your buck.

Pasamos 10 noches increíbles en este alojamiento. El mismo es tal cual a las fotos del anuncio.El check-in se realiza en el lobby del hotel, ubicado en una callecita angosta, entre The Palace Bar y una tienda de ropa. Se hizo en forma rápida. El apartamento lo encontramos limpio y ordenado. El ruido proveniente de la calle NO me resultó molesto como indicaron otros usuarios. Es lógico por el movimiento que hay sobre Ocean Dr. Pero a partir de la medianoche ya no hay más ruido. La ubicación es buenísima, estás frente a la playa y cerca de los bares, restaurantes y las tiendas más destacados de South Beach. La cama es muy cómoda. La piscina en la azotea es genial, recomiendo ir a la mañana y mediodía, porque a la tarde se llena de gente.
Puntos negativos: 1)TIENE POCO EQUIPAMIENTO en cuanto a elementos esenciales (no hay trapo rejilla, trapo de piso, repasadores, pala para la basura, pocos utensilios, sal, aceite, etc.
2)Falta black-out en las ventanas del dormitorio. Entra bastante luz.
