We enjoyed 9 days at Hol Chan and it was perfect from start to finish! They arranged all our tours with Suya tours. We were picked up from our own dock which was amazing service. Concierge and management were always super responsive and helpful. They insured we had a great time. The condo was just as pictured and so clean! The AC was amazing! It was a perfect trip, made even better with our choice in places to stay. The condo was right on the beach in a fairly quiet part of town just south of San Pedro. It was clean and had everything that we could have asked for. Plus, there are a few local bars within walking distance to get food and drinks.
Our host was awesome; they provided great communication and were very helpful. They made everything very easy on our first visit to Belize, such as arraigning both pick up and drop off from the ferry and had a golf cart delivered to our condo.
So, if you’re planning on visiting Belize and looking for a condo right on the ocean, just south of San Pedro, look no further.
We would definitely stay there again.

Family of 4 absolutely loved it! Definitely need a golf cart to get around. Highly recommend using their concierge services, made things so easy and stress free. Our last day we booked a hol Chan tour; best part they picked us up right from the dock. Personal chef for dinner after an afternoon snorkeling tour was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! It’s quiet and very clean. The only reason I wouldn’t book here again is the road from town to the condo was pretty bumpy in a golf cart.
