En jättefin liten lägenhet som passade oss perfekt under de dagar då vi besökte Durham. Tyckte att det tom var finare i verkligheten än det såg ut på bilderna. Ingen rolig promenadväg in till staden, men det gick ändå snabbt att ta sig in. Min enda synpunkt är att det vore bra med ännu tydligare instruktioner ang incheckning. Eftersom man checkar in via ett låst nyckelskåp behöver man en kod för att låsa upp den. I mina instruktioner stod det att jag skulle kontakta värden för mer information, men det visade sig att de skickade ut allt 24 timmar innan incheckning. Har varit hjälpsamt om den informationen hade funnits i min bokningsinformation så hade jag sluppit att fundera över det och att ringa till dem i onödan. Skickade också ett meddelande via airbnb några dagar innan avresa som aldrig besvarades. Förutom det så löpte allt perfekt. Jag kunde ordna med en sen utcheckning utan kostnad och fick snabbt svar på ett problem som uppstod under vistelsen. Som helhet en mkt bra upplevelse!
