The property is nice for the area and the owners have done a nice job with this tiny home and the adjacent cottage on the property. The hosts were accurate with the description of the property and it is close to downtown and seeing Pensacola. In general the neighborhood is quiet, but the only issue we had was nothing to do with the property but there would be cars (mainly on the weekends) driving around at all hours of the night with the bass cranked up.

I felt at home right away. It is small but yet plenty of room for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking. The stove / oven is a new stainless steel top of the line gas stove. Flooring is new. It is a very nice place. There are alot of steps so if you are elderly of have trouble with steps this might not be the unit for you. The washer and dryer a new and extremely nice. The hosts ha d great communication. I work in Indiana some so I will definately stay with them. There is every thing you need within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The bed is very comfortable. I loved staying here.
