Upon arrival we learned that our rental was "VIP" So we received 2 welcome gift bags with water and snacks.
We were in Windsor for the birth of our first grandchild which I had shared with the front desk staff upon our arrival. Shirley @ the front desk was so excited for us and upon learning of the birth, housekeeping created a "diaper cake" out of towels and decorated it with baby stickers. We also received a card and bottle of champagne with chocolates from the front desk.
