La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e vicina a parcheggi e supermercati; inoltre, è proprio adiacente alla Cappella degli Scrovegni e questo è sicuramente un aspetto molto positivo.
L'accesso al palazzo è stato semplice grazie alle istruzioni e ai veloci passaggi necessari.
L'appartamento si presenta pulito e ordinato, all'entrata abbiamo trovato il riscaldamento acceso, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato specialmente in questi giorni invernali.
Il bagno, non finestrato, è ampio. Una piccola pecca è forse la guarnizione della doccia che sembra leggermente datata e sollevata, ma comunque funzionante.
Sarebbe perfetta la presenza di una TV che renderebbe il soggiorno più piacevole. Segnalo solo una piccola pecca in merito a una coperta presente nell'armadio che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare perché era già macchiata. Sicuramente una disattenzione che, però, non pregiudica il buon soggiorno.
