Prachtig huis maar in de winter niet doen!! Ik boekte dit ivm de haard met kerst maar die mochten we niet gebruiken en daarbovenop is t huis koud en met airco niet behaaglijk warm te krijgen, de buitenverlichting stond uit en er was geen instructie hoe dat aan moest er werd gezegd gaat automatisch maar de volgende dag moesten we een schakelaar omzetten en toen deed de verlichting het nog niet weer n dag later kwam de onderhoudsman die superaardig was trouwens en die moest de tijdschakelaar gewoon nog aanzetten🙄 dan voel je je om de tuin geleid. Verder staat dit huis aan de schaduwkant van de Montgoberg en heb je dus in de winter bijna geen zon in je tuin en daar kwamen wij wel voor dus moesten we elke dag de berg over of t dal in voor de zon
