A spectacular Villa, inside and out. The location and surroundings couldn’t be better. The pool / terrace were the highlights of our holiday. Along with the living space, big comfy sofa, Big smart tv and clean beds. Plenty of towels too!
It was a shame we arrived to no baby crib or highchair, but that was resolved on the day ( a local holiday ) which we appreciated a lot!
However, we did have to deal with a strong smell of drainage from the master ensuit. Which resulted to us not using it. Ontop of that, we struggled with hot water. My partner wasn’t able to have a hot shower for longer than 5 minutes. Me and the kids had to shower at different points in the day. Something to consider if you planned to fill the villa with guests. To add, the villa would benefit from more cutlery and an oven glove.

Nice Airbnb. 6 of us stayed here and the living and outdoor space was plenty. A nice kitchen which was well equipped with everything needed to cook nice meals. A premium oven and hob was nice for the 2 weeks we stayed here. The bedrooms were comfortable and the location was accessible with a car though I don't know how easy it would be to get there without a car. It is just within the big Moiraia villas, where most people live so lots of twisty streets. Parking was fine and even a drive for a car. Nice pool that was cleaned during our stay which was nice. Plenty of lovely outdoor seating was really nice.

We found the house to be very clean and well-organized. We were truly impressed by the breathtaking view—it looks even better in person than in the pictures. Unfortunately, there were a few minor issues, such as a broken handle, a power outlet detached from the wall, and several instances of power outages, which we didn’t find very pleasant. However, none of these significantly affected our stay.
Villas Guzman was extremely kind and responsive, always working with us to find a solution whenever needed. Their helpful and friendly approach made a great impression on us. For this reason, we highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation away from the city, yet just a few minutes' drive from Calpe.
