hallo Cristophe,
we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, prima appartement maar we constateerde wel wat achterstallig onderhoud en veel roestvorming op het witgoed apparatuur. Verder een complete inrichting en een prachtig uitzicht. Miste aan de lange witte muur wel wat decoratie. Het was erg kaal en steriel. Ondanks de kritische puntjes waarvan we hopen dat er naar gekeken wordt komen we volgend jaar graag weer terug.

We stayed here for a month in December. The apartment has a nice view and patio to the beach, and is a great location for cycling, plus you can walk along the promenade/beach. You are about a 15 min walk to the big grocery stores (or very short drive). Most good restaurants and cafes are in downtown Calp which is a short drive, but there are several restaurants and bars along the boardwalk. The apartment has some sound issues as you could hear neighbors, though the building is quiet, it wasn’t disruptive into sleeping hours, just that you could hear neighbors. The power would occasionally go out if trying to run heat and washer at the same time, the owner was responsive to try and fix and it resolved it self initially but we still would off and on have the issue. Secured Parking is in the adjacent building which is really nice, if you have a large car it might be hard to park in the secure lot during peak season due to its tightness (we have VW multivan), but plenty of street prk
